Delete your account

You can delete your Go and Make account at any time, right from the app.

In the app

1. Open Go and Make and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted right away. If you’re signed in to more than one account, the others stay signed in.

By email

Can’t get into the app? Email bespoke.it.llc@gmail.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account, email address, and display name
• Your discipleship group membership and checkmark progress
• Your journal notes and photos
• Your device push tokens, so notifications stop
• If you lead a group: the group itself, for everyone in it, including its members’ progress, journal notes, and photos for that group

What we keep

Huddle Pass purchase records are kept without your account, for accounting and refunds. Stripe keeps its own payment records under its privacy policy. See our privacy policy for details.
